Funding for community groups

We have supported hundreds of local community projects, helping to fight holiday hunger, supporting young people, tackling loneliness, hosting community events and much more.

Please let us know if you are involved with a local community project or have a great idea that would benefit your community.

We may be able to help you with funding or resources, as well as advice on how to get started.

  • Anyone involved with a project or group in one of our communities can pitch for funding through our Soup Dragon's Den events
  • Our Community Investment Fund is available to community groups and projects applying for funding over £500
  • Smaller community support grants are available to help community projects start up or grow, benefiting our tenants and communities
  • You can apply to the Group’s Charity Fund if you are a tenant or colleague to have your charity fundraising efforts matched.

Funding opportunities for community groups and projects

Our Community Investment Fund is managed by a panel made up of tenants and board members who decide how the money is spent to make sure that it has the greatest impact on our tenants.
