The Big Conversations have started

We want to know what services are important to you and so we have been inviting our independent living tenants to The Big Conversation at their schemes.

Thank you to everyone who has attended so far – we have received some useful feedback.

We still have more events planned up until July and can’t wait to see more of you.

Representatives from various teams, such as housing management, property services, tenancy sustainability, Progress Futures and health and safety are visiting each of our schemes from now until July, to find out what tenants think about our services.

So this is your chance to let us know what you think of our services, such as communal facilities, activities, repairs, and support.

From this, we will put together a set of actions to help us improve our services for you.

Here is what some of our independent living tenants have told us about why they have joined in:

Janet said: “It was somewhere to come and meet other tenants. It is important to learn about what’s going on and I was also able to raise a small repair.”

Susan added: “I came to be sociable and see what was going on. We have our house meetings but we have never had anything like this with different colleagues from different service areas. It has been useful to know there is all sorts of support available.”

Tola Adesemowo, Head of Housing Operations, said: “We want to hear from you and find out what is important to you. We want to know what is going well and what is not going well.

“This is also an opportunity to hear more about the different services we provide.

“All your feedback will form part of our review of independent living services and make sure we are offering what you need.”
