Important update for tenants who may have received a letter from a company called Property Krowd.

We have been made aware that a company called Property Krowd has sent letters to some homes regarding repairs and energy-saving initiatives.

We understand that the letters mention Progress Housing Group.  Progress Housing Group has no connection with Property Krowd and any association with us is misleading and unauthorised.

We have not authorised this company to contact you or collect any information on our behalf.

We also haven’t provided them with any information regarding the energy efficiency of your home—anyone can search for energy certificates using the gov.uk website.  

We urge you to remain cautious, carefully review any correspondence, and avoid sharing personal information unless you are sure it is safe to do so.

Protecting your personal data is of the utmost importance for us and we take these letters very seriously.
