Join us on Thursday, 18 April, for lunch and an opportunity to have your say about the services we provide to you.
Chat with your board members, your friendly housing team, and other tenants about what it’s like to live in your home and your community. We want to hear from you about how we can improve our customer service and be a better landlord.
We can help with transport and childcare costs so that you can attend - just get in touch.
What is going to happen on the day?
You can chat with us about what it is like living in your home. This will help us decide how we deliver our services in the future.
We will provide a free lunch, and we will make everyone feel very welcome. If you would like to bring a support worker or a friend to support you, that’s fine; just let us know.
We will pay for your travel or arrange transport, so you don’t need to worry about that.
What do you need to do to book your place?
Please let us know by 5 pm on Friday, 5 April, if you would like to come. We can’t wait to meet you!

Where: Lancaster House Hotel, Green Lane, Ellel, Lancaster, Lancs LA1 4GJ
Time: 12.30pm-1:30pm (welcome lunch); 1:30pm-3:30 pm (chats with our board members and your housing team in small groups)
Who is it for: We would love to see you if you live in a Progress Housing Group or RWP home.
Getting there: We will pay for travel or arrange transport.
Support: If you live in a supported living property and want to bring a support worker or friend to help you, that is fine; just let us know when you book your place.
If you need support with childcare costs, we can help with this, too.
