Grounds maintenance update – Spring 2024
We thank you for your patience whilst our usual communal grass cutting service slowed down slightly due to the wet weather.
Our contractor Nurture began our grass cutting programme last month (April) and has been working hard to make up for the short delay.
In order to keep your service charge costs down, this programme is for communal cut only. For our independent living tenants, the programme is for communal cut and collect.
Wherever possible, Nurture will visit every two to three weeks and appreciate your patience if the weather can cause some minor delays. The new season usually takes a couple of cuts to get sites into full order and hopefully, you are starting to see a difference in your area.
We look forward to the schedule settling into a regular pattern now, and we trust this will be visible to the community.
