Our Area Housing Teams have looked closely at the comments made by tenants and residents in each area to put together an Area Improvement Plan.
Some parts of the plans will involve working closely with other agencies to help make changes to our communities. We are using these plans to tell tenants and residents about the changes we are making following the comments they made.
Sharon Pendlebury, Head of Housing Operations, said: "We want to thank all tenants and residents who took the time to speak with us during the Community Chats.
"The feedback we received has been incredibly insightful and has provided a strong foundation for shaping our work in our communities.
"Many of the issues raised by residents call for a collaborative, multi-agency approach. We’re committed to leveraging the strong relationships we already have with our partners to drive meaningful improvements for our communities.
"We’re excited to connect with tenants again during our next series of Community Chats later this year."
- Our Area Housing Teams are now planning the next series of Community Chats which will be at various points throughout the year. More details will be revealed soon.
