St Martin's Court is our flagship scheme that will offer safe and welcoming retirement living with extra care services in the heart of Lancaster. Upon completion, it will comprise 92 apartments (both one and two-bedroom) for individuals aged 55 and over.
St Martin's Court will allow residents the opportunity to enjoy an active and independent lifestyle in their own property with the reassurance of care and support from a 24-hour on-site team of professionals, as and when they need it.

Each apartment will have generously sized rooms, a kitchen, a wet floor shower room, spacious living space, one or two bedrooms, a Juliette balcony or patio doors and 24-hour on-site care support.
Residents will be able to enjoy a communal lounge and entertainment area, spa bathing, hairdressing facility, a games room, roof terraces, a laundry room, landscaped gardens, and a wide range of social opportunities running weekly, providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
