Applications are open from 5 March to 30 April 2024.

The Ombudsman may close applications early if it receives a high level of applications.

Why join the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel?

Join the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel to share your experiences, suggest improvements, and work with it to improve services for social housing tenants.

As a panel member, you can:

1. Share your experiences – tell the Housing Ombudsman about your experiences to help it identify areas where services can be improved and help it make sure residents are at the centre of its work.

2. Shape our service – attend regular meetings with the Ombudsman and have your say via short surveys, consultations, and virtual discussions.

3. Learn more about the Housing Ombudsman – be the first to hear about the work the Housing Ombudsman is doing to improve landlord services and how it will positively impact people living in social housing.

4. Talk to others – the Housing Ombudsman wants to make its service accessible to everyone that lives in social housing. As a panel member, you can help the Housing Ombudsman reach people in your local community and raise awareness of its work.

How do I apply?
