Celebrating 30 years of Progress Housing Group
We are celebrating an amazing 30 years of Progress Housing Group this year – and we want to thank you for all your support.
Back in 1994, with one of the first transfers of council homes in the UK, we started with a vision of providing safe and secure homes where people could thrive and enjoy a good quality of life.
We are so proud that we have achieved this and made a difference for so many people.
Over the next 12 months, we plan to celebrate our 30 years by recognising the work we have done over three decades to support and improve the lives of thousands of people and help our communities be better places to live.
We will also be sharing our commitment to building more affordable housing. We will be launching our new development strategy, and our flagship first extra care scheme in Lancaster is due to be completed next year.
But most importantly, we want to celebrate you!
We will be showcasing stories from our amazing tenants and getting you involved by sharing your creative ideas on what it means to be a tenant with us.

Supporting our communities through our Charity Fund
As we remain committed to supporting our communities, we want to use our 30th anniversary to donate £30,000 to local charities through our Charity Fund.

Our new website
To start off the celebrations, we'll be launching our new-look website this week.
It’s still the same web address and you will still be able to do everything you could before – just a little bit quicker and easier.
We can't wait to share the new look with you very soon!
